2) We don't have a webserver . . .do you offer a hosted
solution ?
No - we sell FoxSuite for installation on
your own in-house or hosted server.
3) If we purchase your software – can we customize it ?
You may customize our software for use within
your own organization. On all versions, you can include your site title, images, company logo,
welcome message, change colors, and add/remove homepage menu items and applets. If you
purchase the Source Code version - you can modify the Visual Basic/ASPX source
code for use within your own organization. . Our software is, however, copyrighted
so you may not re-distribute or
offer for re-sale the original or modified software. Also - the software's
"Powered-by" and copyright notices must remain on the modified
application's home page.
4) Are there any limits on how many people can use the
software ?
FoxSuite versions are configured with a fixed number of
User Accounts. There are versions for 25, 50, 100, 200, or unlimited user
accounts. See our Order
Page for details and pricing. There is also a FoxSuite Source
Code version for unlimited users.
If you are considering using Microsoft's SQL Server -
be sure to check your Microsoft SQL
Server License Terms for any client access limitations.
5) Do you offer Demos or Trials of your software ?
Yes - we allow organizations to
Request
Trials and review each request individually. Also feel free to use our
Live Demo
software on the Internet. The Demo will allow you to experience the complete
user interface and full functionality of our software.
6) Do I need a database to use your software ?
Yes -
you would need to have MS SQL Server 2000, 2005, or MS SQL Server
2005 Express
(free download).
7) What database's can FoxSuite work with ?
Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005, or MS SQL Server 2005
Express (free download).

Can FoxSuite data be imported and exported to PDA's ?
Yes - FoxSuite can Import and Export Calendar, Contact,
and Task data via comma-separated-value (.csv)
files which are compatible with Microsoft Outlook for instance. Most PDA's
come with sync software which will synchronize with MS Outlook. FoxSuite
can also export calendar data in Vcal format for Import into Palm.

10) What kind of security features are used in your
software?
The software itself employs a 5-tier
module-by-module security model. This session variable based model allows you
the client to set each user’s security profile to control access into and use of
the system.

No - the purchase is a one-time cost.
There are no Maintenance fees, and we do not charge for Support. Upgrades
are free for the first year, and 30% of the current cost thereafter.

Yes - just contact us and you can
purchase the Source Code version for just the cost difference between the versions.
