1. FoxSuite is copyrighted software. FoxSuite also contains certain licensed components which are copyrighted to their original developers. You are not authorized to distribute the Software or any modification of the Software beyond yourself or the organization named in the original purchase agreement. FoxSuite software components (including all licensed 3rd party .dlls ) can never be used independently of FoxSuite, or as a part of another software application. 2. This License allows you to install and use only a single version (instance) of FoxSuite. Running multiple instances of FoxSuite requires you purchase a separate License for each instance. 3. If you have purchased the “Source Code” version of FoxSuite, you are granted permission to customize the Software for your organization’s internal needs. You may not, however, offer the original Software or any modification of the Software for resale under the name FoxSuite or any other name. 4. If you have purchased the “Standard” (partially compiled) version of FoxSuite, you agree not to attempt to decode or otherwise discover the “Source Code” for yourself or others. 5. You acknowledge that DCASoft retains ownership of the Software and all rights therein. 6. The Software, even if modified, must always retain the “Powered-by FoxSuite” and the DCASoft copyright notice displayed on the web application homepage even if you add your company’s logo or other graphic. 7. You agree that use of the Software is at your sole risk. The Software is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, and DCASoft disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose 8. DCASoft makes no warranty that the Software will meet your requirements, or that the Software (or your documents and data) will be secure, virus free, or error free. DCASoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use or the inability to use the Software 9. DCASoft provides the FoxSuite web application only. All other software and services used in conjunction with the FoxSuite application including, but not limited, to the following must be supplied by others: Web server software, database software, Internet service, wireless services. 10. Any activity which violates the terms of this agreement can be subject to legal actions by DCASoft.
